Pinot Blanc is fairly rare in Oregon, and for those who haven’t tried it, you may easily think of it as being richer than Pinot Gris, yet lighter than Chardonnay.  This dry wine has been aged in contact with the lees (yeast & proteins) to give it a nice texture and aromas that some compare to melon and baked goods.
