Grown in the breezy McMinnville AVA, these are some of the original plantings of Pinot Blanc in the Willamette Valley from back in the days of elves and dwarves and wizards… Pinot Blanc is fairly rare in Oregon and is richer than Pinot Gris, yet lighter than Chardonnay.

This dry white wine has been aged in contact with the lees (yeast & proteins) to give it a nice texture and aromatics of melon and baked goods.
